The majority of staff on the ward are incredible, very helpful, attentive and a joy to be around. 9 times out of 10 his care is spot on!

Occasionally as a parent it can feel like you’re not being listened to. We of course appreciate doctors/nurses have the medical knowledge, but we know our own children, and it sometimes feels like that’s completely disregarded

All the staff from the doctors, nurses and helpers generally make you feel they are putting my child first and offering the best help they can provide at the time, and will always take our own opinions to count when providing the best care for him.
